Getty, Estelle (1923-2008) Actress; appeared on television in The Golden Girls and The Golden Palace, and eventually on Empty Nest, all as Sophia Petrillo. She won the Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 1988. She was named a Disney Legend in 2009.
