Autry National Center Museum in Griffith Park in Los Angeles devoted to the people, culture, experiences, and history of the American West. It was established in 1988 by actor and businessman Gene Autry, and was initially known as the Gene Autry Western Heritage Museum. The six permanent exhibition areas were designed by Walt Disney Imagineering.
