Staggs, Thomas O. He joined Disney in strategic planning in 1990 and was a key member of the team that put together the acquisition of Capital Cities/ABC. He was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Walt Disney Company in May 1998, and chairman of Walt Disney Attractions in January 2010. In February 2015 he was named Chief Operating Officer of The Walt Disney Company. He resigned from the company in 2016.
