Land, The Pavilion in Future World at Epcot; opened on October 1, 1982, sponsored by Kraft from opening until November 1992, when Nestlé took over. The largest pavilion in Future World, The Land covers six acres. Inside, one can find exhibits and shows about agricultural techniques, the importance of good nutrition, and how humans can effectively manage the land while still maintaining its ecology. Besides the areas that can be seen by guests, there are working greenhouses and laboratories where graduate students in agriculture and other disciplines come together to study the latest processes and ideas. A new film, Awesome Planet, premiered in 2020.
