Whiz Kid and the Carnival Caper, The (television) Two-part television show; aired on January 11 and 18, 1976. Directed by Tom Leetch. A young inventor, Alvin, and his friends run into bank robbers using a carnival as a front. Alvin volunteers his skills in rebuilding an aging sideshow robot. The kids learn of the plot to rob the bank, but cannot get anyone to listen to them, so they try to get more evidence, which gets them in more danger.
