Storybook Land Canal Boats Fantasyland attraction at Disneyland; opened June 16, 1956. Formerly Canal Boats of the World (1955). Boats cruise past miniature scenes from Disney movies, from the homes of the Three Pigs to Geppetto’s Village. Above on the hill is Cinderella Castle, with the pumpkin coach visible on its way up the winding road. In July 1994 the attraction was renovated, removing Toad Hall and adding Agrabah from Aladdin and scenes from The Little Mermaid. See Le Pays des Contes de Fées for the Disneyland Paris version.
