Fowler, Joseph (“Joe”) (1894-1993) Ex-Navy admiral, chosen in 1954 by Walt Disney to build Disneyland. He remained to be in charge of construction of Walt Disney World also. He retired in 1972, and received the Disney Legend award in 1990.
