Sue Murphy lives in the garage at her parrents’ home and works at The Bulldog, a neighborhood pub in blue-collar, Irish-Catholic South Boston, dreaming of a better life beyond getting married like the other girls, living in the all-too-familiar neighborhood, and serving drinks at the pub.
