Allwine, Wayne (1947-2009) Former Disney sound effects technician who provided the voice of Mickey Mouse on a freelance basis for many years. He learned his craft from veteran Disney sound effects wizard, and previous voice of Mickey Mouse, Jim Macdonald. He was named a Disney Legend in 2008.
