Murphy, Thomas S. Member of the Disney board of directors from February 9, 1996, to March 3, 2004. His company, Capital Cities, merged with ABC in 1985, and he headed the combined companies until Capital Cities/ABC merged with Disney. He was named a Disney Legend in 2007.
