Disneyland After Dark (television) Television show; aired on April 15, 1962. Directed by Hamilton Luske, William Beaudine. Walt Disney takes the audience for a tour of Disneyland “when the lights go on.” He features a look at nighttime entertainment, with Louis Armstrong, Kid Ory, Johnny St. Cyr, Bobby Rydell, Annette Funicello, Bobby Burgess, Monette Moore, and the Osmond Brothers (in their network television premiere). A colorful fireworks display and audience participation songs at Plaza Gardens wind up the visit to the park at night. Released theatrically abroad.
