Aramaki, Hideo “Indian” (1915-2005) He began work at Disneyland as chef at the Tahitian Terrace in 1964, and two years later was promoted to executive chef over all the food facilities in Disneyland, a position which he held until his retirement in 1985. He was named a Disney Legend in 2005.
