France, Van

France, Van (1912-1999) Starting work with Disneyland in March 1955, he created the Disney University where he taught new concepts in guest service, and years later, after his retirement in 1978, headed the Disneyland Alumni Club. He wrote his reminiscences in Window on Main Street. He was named a Disney Legend in 1994.
