On television, she appeared in Disney Animation: The Illusion of Life, The Disneyland Tenth Anniversary Show, Parent Trap III, Parent Trap Hawaiian Honeymoon, and on The Disney Channel in Back Home, Parent Trap II, and the series Good Morning, Miss Bliss. She is the daughter of actor, John Mills. Hayley received a special Academy Award for Pollyanna. She was named a Disney Legend in 1998.
