Caselotti, Adriana (1916-1997) As a teenager, Caselotti provided the voice of Snow White. She was the first of 150 young girls tested for the role and was just 18 years old when Walt Disney selected her. The childlike quality of her voice appealed to Disney, who had been looking for someone younger. Caselotti reports, “I didn’t tell anyone my age.” She was named a Disney Legend in 1994.
