Villages Nature Paris Eco-tourism destination in the Bailly-Romainvilliers commune of north-central France, near Disneyland Paris. On a nearly 300-acre property, nature and architecture combine to offer guests a new type of holiday (vacation) experience. There are 900 apartment and cottage-style accommodations and five immersive areas: the Aqualagon, a large covered water park; the BelleVie Farm, with a grocery store and tea room; the five-acre Extraordinary Gardens, celebrating the four elements of nature; the Lakeside Promenade; and the Forest of Legends. Guests can also partake in recreational activities, hut building, bread making, and wine tastings. With an artistic vision overseen by Disney Imagineers, the property represents a partnership with landscape architect and town developer Thierry Huau and is the result of a multi-year collaboration between Euro Disney S.C.A. and European tourism leader Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group. The project opened Oct. 10, 2017.
