Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar Tiki bar at the Disneyland Hotel; opened May 25, 2011. Named after the “head” salesman of the Jungle Cruise, the bar recounts the story of his worldly travels with artifacts and memorabilia he collected. Special interactive special effects are triggered when certain signature cocktails are ordered. On April 27, 2015, after a March 28 soft opening, the similarly-themed Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, with an adjacent Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace, opened off the lobby at the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World. Cocktails are served in collectible tiki mugs.
