Disney•ABC Cable Networks Group Manages The Walt Disney Company’s interest in global television businesses, including 24 wholly-owned international Disney Channels and the company’s majority interest in the international Jetix (formerly Fox Kids) channels, plus Disney- and Jetix-branded programming (formerly known as Fox Kids programming) around the world. In addition, the group manages Disney’s equity interest in the cable groups Lifetime Entertainment Services, A&E Television Networks and E! Networks.
