Davis, Alice She joined Disney in 1959, designing a costume for a live-action model for Sleeping Beauty, and went on to design costumes for Toby Tyler. Her primary work was the researching, designing, and dressing of the animated figures in the “it’s a small world” and Pirates of the Caribbean attractions. She was the wife of Disney Legend Marc Davis (married in 1956). Alice was named a Disney Legend in 2004.
