Chefs de France, Les Restaurant in France in World Showcase at Epcot; opened on October 1, 1982. It was started by a trio of the finest and most-acclaimed French chefs, Paul Bocuse, Roger Vergé, and Gaston LeNôtre (who passed away in 2009), and has the reputation of having some of the finest food at Epcot.
