Kent, Ralph (1939-2007) Artist; joined Disneyland as a production artist in 1963, working on projects not only for the park but also for the New York World’s Fair and Celebrity Sports Center. He moved to Walt Disney World in 1971, working in the Merchandise Art department, and later as a director of Walt Disney Imagineering East. In 1990 he joined the Disney Design group as Corporate Trainer, passing on his valuable knowledge to newly hired artists, before retiring in 2004, the same year he was named a Disney Legend.
