Tenggren, Gustaf

Tenggren, Gustaf (1896-1970) Swedish sketch artist who worked at Disney from 1936 to 1939 doing early concept paintings for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Pinocchio. For the former film he created the design for the one-sheet poster used to promote the film, and illustrated several children’s story books.
