Mickey Mouse, wearing a red graduation gown and cap and a yellow bowtie, pumps his right fist in the air. He is standing in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort. Behind him stand 13 employees who are enrolled in the Disney Aspire program; their arms are outstretched and they are smiling. The employees are wearing jeans and shirts that represent their alma matters.

Welcoming New California Schools to the Disney Aspire Network

By the D23 Team

To date, tens of thousands of our eligible hourly employees have enrolled in Disney Aspire—Disney’s education investment and career development program for eligible hourly employees in the U.S.

Ever since we introduced the program in 2018, we’ve listened and learned from all of our employees along the way, and we’ve loved getting to know more about their wants and needs when it comes to education. We’ve heard from many employees based in California that when they make the decision to return to school, they want it to be somewhere near and dear to their hearts—and homes.

That’s exactly why we’re excited to introduce two new schools to our ever-growing network of learning partners: California State University, Fullerton and Fullerton College.

Combined, we anticipate welcoming nearly 70 new educational programs and offerings to our catalog through these additions. We hope one of them will be your perfect fit for putting your education and career #DreamsWithinReach.
