Ducktales: the Movie, Treasure of the Lost Lamp (film) Scrooge McDuck travels to the far ends of the earth in search of the elusive buried treasure of legendary thief, Collie Baba. With his companions Huey, Dewey, and Louie, Webby, and Launchpad McQuack, Scrooge discovers not only the treasure but also that there’s a mysterious madman named Merlock who is out to stop him. The travelers have to return home empty-handed except for an old lamp. The kids find it is a magic lamp and discover a genie inside, who grants their wishes. When Merlock and his henchman, Dijon, return, it takes all of Scrooge’s ingenuity to thwart them. Released on August 3, 1990, as a Disney Movietoon. Directed by Bob Hathcock.  74 min.
