D’Amaro, Josh He joined the Company in 1998 at Disneyland Resort, where he held a number of leadership roles. He subsequently led teams at Adventures by Disney, Sales and Travel Operations for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and Finance for Disney Consumer Products Licensing. At Walt Disney World, he served as Vice President of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Senior Vice President of Resorts & Transportation Operations, and Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy. He was named President of Disneyland Resort in 2018 and President of Walt Disney World Resort the following year. On May 18, 2020, he became Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (known later as Disney Experiences). On February 3, 2026, it was announced that Josh D'Amaro would succeed Bob Iger as Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company on March 18, 2026.
