Event Policies
Guest Courtesy & Conduct
Please show common courtesy to fellow guests and our cast members by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior; jumping lines; or saving places in lines for others. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
Safety & Security Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please respect the following rules:
- Security Screenings: All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening/security checks.
- Bag & Item Restrictions: We reserve the right to deny entry for any bag, parcel, or unattended object and to handle them as deemed appropriate.
- Prohibited Items: Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Age & Admission:
- Guests under age 18 must have a valid event ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under three (3) years of age receive complimentary admission to Destination D23.
- Guest Photography Etiquette: Always ask for permission before filming or photographing another guest.
- Badges & Credentials:
- Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, revocable, and void if altered.
- Must be used by the same person for the entire event.
Right to Deny Entry or Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Deny admission or prevent entry.
- Require a person already admitted to leave Destination D23 without refund, liability, or compensation if they fail to comply with event policies.
- Take action for any unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.
These policies are enforced at the sole discretion of Destination D23 Management.

Prohibited Items and Activities
Since Destination D23 2025 takes place at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, the event follows Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, including:

Permission to Film / Photograph / Record
Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies (collectively, “Disney”), vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (collectively with Disney, “Producer”), and/or its licensees, sponsors, and exhibitors (together, “Designees”) may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings at the event locations (including but not limited to the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and/or Walt Disney World Resort). By entering these locations, for yourself and on behalf of any children accompanying you, you: (i) irrevocably consent to and authorize Producer and Designees to photograph you and make audio and/or video recordings of you in whatever medium, and use such photographs and recordings for all purposes (including advertising and promotions) in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any language without notice, attribution, permission or payment; (ii) and acknowledge all such photographs and/or recordings will be the sole property of Disney and/or Designees.
Guest Photography / Filming / Recording
Photography, video or audio recording will be permitted during most panels throughout the weekend, unless specified prior to the start of the session. By attending Destination D23, you agree not to take pictures or video or make sound recordings wherever posted or announced as prohibited. Select presentations will be monitored for filming or unauthorized recording. Mobile phones and recording devices of any kind are strictly forbidden in these presentations. Any person using or attempting to use any such equipment may, at the sole discretion of Destination D23 Management, be subject to removal from the venue and be refused entry to other events sponsored by or affiliated with Destination D23 or The Walt Disney Company. Destination D23 Management reserves the right to confiscate any photographs, audio recordings, and/or video taken in violation of this policy.
Assumption of Risk
By attending Destination D23, you assume, for yourself and any children accompanying you, all risks and danger of personal injury (including death), property loss or damage, and all other hazards arising from or related or incidental to Destination D23, whether occurring prior to, during, or after Destination D23, and you release, for yourself and any children accompanying you, Disney from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Destination D23 Management makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or suitability of any information in Destination D23 materials; does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the products or services of any firm, organization, or person noted herein or otherwise at Destination D23 and hereby disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, or damages in connection with the use or application of these materials or of any of the products or services at Destination D23. All materials have been compiled or provided by Destination D23 Management as a service to those attending Destination D23; are provided on an “as is” basis; and are not intended to constitute the rendering of legal or other professional services or advice of any kind. Users of these materials should not in any manner rely upon or construe the information or resource materials in these materials as legal or other professional advice and should not act or fail to act based upon the information in these materials without seeking the services of a competent legal or other professional.
D23 WORLDWIDE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONTENTS OF THESE MATERIALS AND/OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AT DESTINATION D23, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
