Doerges, Norm He began with Disney as pool manager at the Celebrity Sports Center in Denver in 1967, then moved to Walt Disney World, where he worked up to vice president in charge of Epcot. He moved to Disneyland in 1990, becoming executive vice president there in 1994. He left the company in 1997.
