Sequel to the 1984 feature, with Allen and the mermaid, Madison, returning to New York to help Allen’s brother, who is in danger of losing the family business. Madison plots to save a dolphin from the aquarium, when she discovers it is going to be used for scientific experiments. Stars Todd Waring, Amy Yasbeck, Donovan Scott, Rita Taggart, Noble Willingham, Dody Goodman, Joey Travolta. This was the first motion picture to film at the new Disney-MGM Studios in Florida.
