Bancroft, Tony He co-directed Mulan with Barry Cook, having joined Disney in 1989 as an animator and among other tasks supervised the animation of Pumbaa in The Lion King. His twin brother Tom was also a Disney animator, supervising the animation of Mushu, the dragon, in Mulan.
