1. Sign in or create a Pacific Symphony account here.
2. Visit the event page website HERE and click the blue TICKETS button.
3. Type in D23 in the promo code box and hit SUBMIT. You’ll see a green bar that says “Promo Code D23 is currently applied.”
4. Either choose your own seat location or let us find you the best available option, and select number of seats.
5. Once you’ve made your selection, you will be directed to the seating map. Select your seat. For those using accessible seating, you will be given an additional prompt. Please let us know what accessible feature you need. Proceed to next steps to reserve your seat(s). Hit RESERVE.
6. Review your cart carefully. A suggested donation may be added to your cart during checkout. If you would like to remove the selected donation, click “REMOVE” next to the amount.
7. Once your cart is finalized, check the box for accept terms & conditions and choose your ticket delivery preference. Digital ticket delivery is recommended.
8. Proceed to CHECKOUT. Submit your billing information for the card you will use and proceed to payment. Hit CONTINUE if everything is correct. Proceed to payment and secure your tickets.
