A: Yes, Howard Swift did those two scenes. Animator Hicks Lokey did all the scenes in the Pink Elephants on Parade sequence up to the scene of a pink elephant in bed, then Swift did the remainder, beginning with the head of a ghost elephant popping up in the scene.
