*Recipients of gift memberships will be enrolled in the Program when the gift membership is redeemed. For recipients of gift memberships, the gift recipient will be able to receive membership benefits only after the gift recipient establishes a Disney Account with his or her corresponding profile information. If the gift recipient has an existing Disney Account, the gift recipient will be able to access D23 Membership benefits using his or her Disney Account credentials. In the event that the gift recipient is redeeming a gift membership that was purchased for a Membership Plan that is no longer available (e.g., D23 Gold Membership Duo Plan), then the total value of the purchased gift membership may be credited against the current value of an existing membership plan by contacting D23 Guest Services at GuestRelations@D23.com or (855) 323-5973 (calls accepted during normal business hours). The gift recipient will be required to pay any difference between the total value of the purchased gift membership and the total cost of the actual Membership Plan selected. In the event that the total value of the purchased gift membership exceeds the total cost of the actual Membership Plan selected, the difference shall be credited to the gift recipient in the form of a gift card redeemable at DisneyStore.com, Disney Store locations in the U.S., participating locations at Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, Disneyland® Resort in California, Disney Cruise Line®, and Adventures by Disney®. See https://d23.com/d23-membership-terms/ for full terms.
