Woolverton, Linda Writer; wrote the screenplay for Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Beauty and the Beast, co-wrote the screenplay for The Lion King, and did pre-production story work on Aladdin. She wrote the screenplay for Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (screenplay). She also adapted her Beauty and the Beast screenplay for the stage.
