SOAPnet Launched by Disney/ABC on January 24, 2000, the first and only cable channel dedicated to soap operas. The channel featured same-day episodes of daytime dramas, as well as original soap-related programming and acquired dramatic series. Disney Junior began replacing SOAPnet in March 2012, and it was cancelled on December 31, 2013.
