Magic Kingdom Park
Magic Kingdom Park Theme park at Walt Disney World, opened on October 1, 1971. The name has been used generally to refer to Disneyland ever since its opening in 1955 as the Magic Kingdom. The name takes on added importance in Florida, because it refers to only a part of Walt Disney World.
