P.U.N.K.S. (television) A Disney Channel Original Movie, premiering on September 4, 1999. Five 13-year-old underdogs band together in a club whose name is an acronym formed from the initials of their last names. Their mission is to protect others and maintain peace. When they discover that Edward Crow, the evil head of Crow, Inc., plans to test a new invention called the Augmentor on one of the kids’ engineer father, they realize the invention is not perfected and could cause death. They try to overcome their fears to steal the device and stop the potentially deadly experiment. Directed by Sean McNamara.
