Muppet Christmas Carol, The (film) Musical version of the Dickens tale about a miserly, unsympathetic old man who learns the true meaning of Christmas with the visitation of three spirits—of Christmases past, present, and future.  Enacted by Jim Henson’s Muppets, with Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit and Miss Piggy as his faithful wife.
