He joined Walt Disney World in 1990, with leadership and executive roles in operations, technology, and Engineering Services. In Apr. 2018, he was named president of Disney Signature Experiences, overseeing Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney, Golden Oak, and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. On May 18, 2020, he was named president of Walt Disney World Resort, additionally overseeing global facilities and operations services for Disney parks worldwide.
