Holz, Karl He joined Walt Disney World in 1996 as vice president of Downtown Disney, moving to vice president of Epcot in 2000. In 2001, he was named senior vice president of Walt Disney World Operations. He was promoted to president of Disney Cruise Line Services in 2003. He became president of Disneyland Resort Paris in 2004, and chairman in 2005. He retired in 2018.
