Carnation Ice Cream Parlor A mainstay on Main Street at Disneyland from July 17, 1955, where one can have a meal or just an ice cream confection. Carnation is one of the few opening day participants remaining in the park. In 1997, the restaurant became Carnation Cafe, moving into its former patio.
