Buena Vista Street Located in Burbank, California, where the Walt Disney Studios are located (500 South Buena Vista Street). At first, in the 1940s, the company used a 2400 W. Alameda address. The Studio lot is bordered on four sides by Buena Vista, Alameda, Keystone, and the Los Angeles River. Riverside Drive runs through the south end of the property. It was from the name of Buena Vista Street that Disney chose the name for its distribution company.
