Q: Both Walt Disney and Johnny Cash were at the height of their success and popularity during the 1950s and 1960s. Perhaps inexplicably, I am an avid fan of each. Do we know if they ever met? Are there any overlaps or connections between these two icons? The only thing I have discovered is that Johnny Cash acted in an episode of Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color—22 years after Walt’s death.
