Teen Beach Movie (television) A Disney Channel Original Movie, debuting on July 19, 2013. Two surfers, Brady and McKenzie, take the last wave of summer and find themselves mysteriously transported into a classic beach party movie, Wet Side Story (circa 1962). There it is surfers versus bikers for control of the beach hangout, and everyone spontaneously breaks into song and dance. Brady and McKenzie must try to return to present day but they inadvertently change the movie’s romantic storyline, a mistake which could alter their lives forever. Directed by Jeffrey Hornaday.
