Stiers, David Ogden (1942-2018) Actor; narrated and voiced Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, and voiced Governor Ratcliffe and Wiggins in Pocahontas and the Archdeacon in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He provided the voice for Mr. Jolly in Teacher’s Pet, Fenton Q. Harcourt in Atlantis, Jumba in Lilo & Stitch, Kamaji in Spirited Away, and King Cole and Prime Minister in The Cat that Looked at a King. He also appeared in Iron Will (J. P. Harper), Bad Company (Judge Beach), Jungle 2 Jungle (Jovanovic), and Krippendorf’s Tribe (Henry Spivey).
