Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (television)  One-hour syndicated television series, debuting the week of September 22, 1997, with mad scientist Wayne Szalinski coming up with inventions from time machines to shrink rays to spaceships and constantly involving his family in a series of misadventures.  Wife Diane, a working mother, balances marriage, family, and her career as a top-notch lawyer, acting as the voice of reason in the midst of the outrageousness.  Stars Peter Scolari (Wayne Szalinski), Barbara Alyn Woods (Diane), Hillary Tuck (Amy), Thomas Dekker (Nick).  While the series was filmed in an old Army barracks in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, it is set in the fictional small town of Matheson, Colorado.
