For the Love of Willadean (film) Two-part television show; aired on March 8 and 15, 1964. Directed by Byron Paul. The two parts were titled A Taste of Melon and Treasure in the Haunted House. A new boy, Harley, joins a club but shows an interest in the leader’s girlfriend. The two club members trick Harley into stealing a prize watermelon to the dismay of the furious farmer, and later dare him to enter a supposedly haunted house. In the house they uncover a bag of money stolen in a bank robbery. Stars Ed Wynn, Michael McGreevey, Billy Mumy, Roger Mobley, Terry Burnham, John Anderson, Barbara Eiler.
