Epcot Food Roundup: Dishes Not to Miss at Epcot International Festival of the Arts

If you love food that looks too good to eat (but tastes too good not to eat), you’re in luck—it’s time for the Epcot International Festival of the Arts! For the second year in a row, you can celebrate the joy that only the combination of delicious food and beautiful art can bring, with some seriously artistic dishes that can be found in World Showcase. The festival runs from January 12 through February 19, so you have plenty of time to try these delicious eats. Here are some of the foods we are most excited to taste!

The Deconstructed Dish (Showcase Plaza)

  • Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake: whipped New York-style cheesecake with fresh Florida strawberries, sugar cookies, and micro-basil (pictured above)
  • Deconstructed Reuben with shredded corn beef, Thousand Island dressing, pickled red cabbage, and a rye curl
  • Deconstructed Breakfast: Twinings® Spiced Apple Chai Tea Shake with cream bourbon garnished with a waffle crisp and candied bacon

The Artist’s Table (The American Adventure)

  • Pan-Seared Scallop with chorizo, roasted red pepper coulis, and parmesan crisp (gluten-friendly, pictured above)
  • Callebaut Belgian Sipping Chocolate Flight: White, milk, and dark chocolate
  • Orange Cream Funnel Cake

Cuisine Classique (Germany)

  • Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib with parsnip purée, broccolini, baby tomatoes, and aged balsamic

  • Wild Mushroom risotto, aged parmesan, truffle shavings, and zinfandel reduction (vegetarian)
