Omega Connection, The (television) Two-hour television movie; aired on March 18, 1979. Directed by Robert Clouse. Young American government agent, Luther Starling, arrives in London to vacation with a friend, Roger Pike, but immediately gets involved unintentionally with intrigue surrounding a defecting Eastern European scientist. Through the use of James Bond-like inventions, Luther and Roger are able to outwit the international crime organization which is trying to abduct the scientist. Stars Jeffrey Byron, Larry Cedar, Roy Kinnear, Lee Montague, Mona Washbourne, David Kossoff, Frank Windsor. The film was shot on location in London.
