Warburton, Cotton (1911-1982) Film editor at the Disney Studios for 22 years beginning in 1955; he won an Academy Award for his editing of Mary Poppins. He also edited such films as The Love Bug and The Absent-Minded Professor. Before his Disney years, Warburton had gained fame as an all-American quarterback in the early 1930s, leading the USC Trojans during a 27-game winning streak, which remained a school record until 1980.
