Victoria and Albert’s The most elegant restaurant at Walt Disney World, located in the Grand Floridian Beach Resort; opened on June 28, 1988. All the waitresses are Victoria and the waiters, Albert. The chef prepares a special selection of gourmet dishes each evening, which are described by the wait-staff and later in the individually inscribed menus that are delivered to each diner. A harpist provides background music.
